Kids working for Wildlife

While children under age 16 cannot work directly with our animals, we welcome help from all age groups through service projects. Kids Working for Wildlife offers children the opportunity to play a part in the rehabilitation of native wild animals. As the community's need for the Center grow's, our need for outside help grows, too. We hope that groups like yours will become an integral part of the Wildlife Center. Classroom, scout troops, church groups and others can choose from a variety of projects based on the abilities and interests of the participants. Succesfully complete a service project and your group is eligible for a $50.00 discount on one of our education programs.

If you would like to set up a service project for your group, call 412.793.6900 or E-mail Jill Argall.

Please choose from the following list for information on our available service projects:

Mother Nature’s Menu
Habitat for Squirrel-manity
Help to Cover the “Bills” and the Beaks
Don’t be a “Dirty Bird”
Sowing the Seeds of Love
Give a Bird Something to ‘Hang on To’
